Our Team

Barbara F. Lamblin is passionate about sharing her time and talent in doing God’s work. As the Executive Director, she is humbled and honored to collaborate with the staff and volunteers to educate and galvanize the community regarding the dignity of the human person and the right to life, and by doing so, forging community. Barb has a BA in Communications/English from LaSalle University and her M.Ed. in Special Education from University of Virginia.  She is a wife, mother, sister, friend, teacher, and voracious reader.  Barbara believes we are called to live our faith out loud, vibrantly supporting life and each other, as we journey to do God’s will each and every day. 

Jessica Stephens is honored to serve as the Center Director with Life Care Pregnancy Center, where she can assist women and families facing critical decisions surrounding a pregnancy and help them along the journey with compassionate love and care. Her faith in the Lord has led her on a journey to promote the sanctity of human life and to provide life-saving resources and care for those in need, enabling lives to be changed and hope to be restored. She has been blessed to have experienced leadership opportunities working with pro-life organizations and presidential campaigns regarding their communication, marketing, and outreach strategies. In her spare time, she enjoys singing opera, baking, and hiking with her family.

Michelle Teco is thrilled to join Life Care Pregnancy Center as the Office Manager. She is proud to serve her community by assisting women on their journey of life. Michelle aspires to properly accommodate both English and Spanish speaking clients, utilizing her bilingual experience from the restaurant industry, including her time as manager's assistant. She has also represented the faith community in Moore County through various events, utilizing her marketing experience within her church arena. In her free time, she enjoys watching baseball, collecting vinyls, and scrapbooking!
